GRG to Acquire Earl Walls Associates

ORLANDO, Fla., June 6, 2005 – William C. Beckman, P.E., President and CEO, GRG Inc., and its Board of Directors today announced plans to acquire Earl Walls Associates (EWA).

“GRG is very excited about this growth opportunity,” said Beckman. “This strategic initiative will enable us to serve our clients more effectively from coast to coast as well as provide advanced upward mobility for our staff through additional geographic markets and industries.”

Under the terms of the agreement, GRG will purchase 100% of EWA stock, making them a wholly-owned subsidiary of GRG Inc. The parties expect to complete the stock purchase by July 1, 2005.
